本文根据学习迁移理论的思想，结合二语词汇习得理论和我国学生英语词汇学习的实际，探讨了词汇习得的机制、过程、英语词汇教学的有关策略，实证调查高中学生的英语词汇学习的策略和对英语的学习兴趣，得出了在迁移影响下的中国学生词汇习得的发展模式和对外语(包括词汇)教学的有益的启示。

　　在今后的研究中可以在以下几方面进行继续研究：1)以迁移理论和心理学的最新研究成果为基础，开展实验研究，探讨学生学习的认知过程，以寻求有针对性的有效的教学方法，提高教学质量;2)进行样本较大的针对中国学生的学习策略和兴趣的问卷调查，完善问卷的设计，提高问卷的效度和信度。
