　　全英语教学时我国飞行训练未来发展的重要趋势之一，实施全英语教学，对于提升飞行学院语言素质和英语运用能力至关重要，那么该如何实施全英语教学呢，应从以下几个方面做起：

　　1.1树立明确的教学目标

　　明确全英语教学目标，是确保飞行训练中全英语教学工作目的性、科学性和有效性的重要基础。全英语教学相对于普通的飞行英语教学模式，有效性更高，更有助于飞行学员英语素质的提升，尤其是促进其“听”、“说”、“读”的能力的发展。接受全英语教学的飞行学院，普遍能够较为扎实地掌握民航飞行的相关英语基础知识，对该领域的专业基本词汇及相关英语知识掌握情况较好，对飞机结构、飞机发动机种类、主要机载仪器仪表、空气动力学、飞机性能和操作等方面的英语描述、表达等了解程度较深，并能够进行流畅的英语交流。全英语教学目标的设立，应在达到以上目标的基础上，结合民航业对飞行员外语能力的要求，国家相关规章制度和院校办学优势资源等进行提升和优化。
