　　Towards the last year of the life at university, and standing in front of us is the work society which we have long sought. Our hearts have started flying into there. We are happy , we are excited, because we can finally express ourselves in this huge platform. We can return the society, we can serve the nation. But we were afraid and cowardly, we often ask ourselves: am I readyYes, we lived in the campus for decades, but society is completely different from it, perhaps we can't completely adapt to the cruelty and fierce society immediately. So we choose a smooth bridge to our social arena, that is professional practice.

　　I worked in Shijiazhuang Jiuguan Chemicals Co .,Ltd .It is the leading and large-scale chemicals-export enterprise located in Shijiazhuang City Heibei Province, mainly exporting many kinds of chemical raw materials ,which are used in paint&coating industry ,rubber industry , water-treatment industry, detergent industry ,etc .The customers are mainly from Asia ,North America ,Middle East ,Africa ,etc .

　　At the beginning of my work ,I did not know how to seek for the email address of the customers, and through the help of my students I got the skills to work better. But later another question fight me, that is nobody answer my email. Through asking the manager ,I known it is a common thing ,so we should have enough patience .

　　Internship will be over soon, looking back on the three harvest month, I feel very comfort, it makes us know the society in practice, I learned a lot of knowledge which we cannot be able to learn in the classroom. It lay a solid foundation for our later working life .I will introduce my detailed process of my internship for you. Thank you!

　　参观公司的收获：

　　传神的“精英榜”。上面有很多高效人才的照片，他们为公司所做的贡献都现在照片下面，各种专利和成就让人眼花缭乱，这些照片的背后显示的不只是他们个人的成绩，还有整个公司的强大。我深刻感受到了传神的精神以及让人奋进的企业文化。之后去看了公司的几个部门，或许是怕影响到公司的正常办公，还是由于翻译行业保密性的原因，我们只在大厅门口对公司内部观望了一番，这里请恕我直言不讳，第一眼看有点像网吧，大家并排的坐着，没有单独的小隔间。第二个感觉就是安静，大家埋头做着自己的事，到处都是敲键盘的声音。我觉得这便是翻译公司应有的模式，无论是催人奋进的企业文化，还是兢兢业业的工作人员，都有值得学习的地方。

　　培训的收获：

　　首先，改变了我对翻译行业的认知。以前一直以为翻译就是一个人一支笔的事。通过讲座，原来翻译是一个语言服务产业，翻译正在产业化，翻译出来的作品也叫产品。翻译公司完成翻译业务的过程就像是一条流水线，高效，快捷，一气呵成。翻译产业随着其他产业的发展而发展，一年比一年壮大。

　　其次，改变了我对翻译方式的认知。在学校里学翻译，总觉得翻译就好像是一个脑子加一只笔。讲座介绍了计算机辅助翻译软件，比如传神的iCAT，云翻译平台，火云术语库，语料库以及各种各样的小工具使得翻译的效率大大提高。加上翻译公司的分工合作，项目经理，专业译员和审校的角色分配，使得十几万字的巨大翻译量在短时间内便可完成。这种翻译模式符合了当今时代的发展要求。

　　最后，改变了我对法律和职业生涯的认知。从前总以为自己是学英语的，法律与我何干，但听过传神法务部长幽默风趣的讲解，举了传神几个血淋淋的法律案例，觉得不管是什么专业什么职业都应该要懂点法律，这样才能更好的保护自己，保护公司。职业生涯规划也加强我们要准备规划职业的意识，SWOT原则让我学会了做更加恰当的决定，对于即将步入职业生涯的我们，都是很有帮助的，早准备，早成功。

　　三、存在的不足及建议

　　虽说此次实习收获颇丰，但也存在几点不足。
