关于企业进销存管理软件的设计分析论文

　　摘 要

　　企业的进销存管理系统在日常经营过程中起着至关重要的作用，直接影响产品生产的成本、进度、质量和企业效益。本论文项目以某化工企业对进销存管理系统的需求为背景，针对企业存在的部门运作独立、信息资源共享度低等造成的进销存管理低率低下、有效信息率低下、管理方法落后以及材料追踪难等问题，开展进存销管理信息系统设计与实现。

　　论文首先分析了该化工企业进销存管理的现实情况及存在的问题。针对企业的进销存业务管理实际情况，详细调研企业实际需求，全方位梳理、分析了企业进销存管理在原材料采购、原材料仓储管理、原材料生产跟踪、产品销售及仓储等方面的功能需求和业务流程，明确了进销存管理系统的设计建设目标。根据企业采购、生产、销售、仓储以及质量问题跟踪等的需求分析，完成了系统总体方案的设计。在总体方案的设计中，涵盖了系统需求分析、架构设计、功能设计、性能设计和数据库设计等方面的分析和设计。通过系统逻辑架构的.构建，采用数据库搜索引擎和数据同步引擎实现了包括采购业务管理、销售业务管理、仓储业务管理、质量检测业务管理、公共基础数据管理、公共功能管理、系统操作信息管理及系统管理等子功能系统的开发。系统开发完成后，经过全面的系统测试，全面检验系统设计功能是否符合设计预期；并最终通过系统部署实现并上线运行，全部完成了整个系统的建设。最后，论文对系统实现应用后的效果和存在改进的内容进行了梳理总结。

　　通过进销存管理系统的实现，协助企业实现了原材料和产品数据实时、准确的动态管理；实现生产业务的流程化管理；实现原材料及产品仓储、质量跟踪信息的综合查询、统计，为企业决策层对生产的管理提供准确、实时的数据支持。

The project described in the paper bases on a chem icalcompany who is building its Pu rchase-Sales-Inventory Management System. To solve theproblems such as departments operate independently, lack of information resources sharing ,caused low purchase-sell- Inventory efficiency. Shortage of effective information, disorderedmanagement methods and the difficulty of materials tracking , and to carry out a total solutionof Purchase-Sales-Inventory Management System.
