　　摘要: ERP的管理思想强调计划控制下的物流管理，在物流管理的联系下，根据独立需求计划计算形成物料的需求计划，进而进一步根据物料的属性计算产生生产计划或采购计划。通过管理物流，以计划为控制核心，可以使企业在最需要的时候得到最适量的物料，也使库存成本加上采购成本即物流的总成本最低。本文利用典型企业案例，具体分析了ERP系统如何提高企业物流管理效率，并在此基础上，给出了企业如何运用ERP管理理念进行内部物流管理的对策。

　　Abstract: ERP management plan and stressed under the control of logistics management: the links in the logistics management, the independent calculation of a material requirements planning needs, thereby further calculation based on material properties have production plans or procurement plans. Through the management of logistics to plan for the control of the core, the entERPrise can when it was most needed in the most appropriate materials and inventory costs with the cost of procurement is the lowest total cost of logistics.
