　　书脊应当清楚标注你的姓名，学位名称如PhD/MPhil thesis，提交时间，数量。要保证书卷直立的时候，上述信息清晰可读。

　　外国语学院毕业论文格式的文本要求

　　撰写毕业论文要做到文字通顺、思路清晰、内容充实、并有一定的独立见解。毕业论文应控制在4000~5000英语单词。计算方法：word文档中“字数统计”栏中的字符数(不计空格)除以2

　　毕业论文(设计)要求用word编辑，统一用A4纸印刷，各部分具体格式要求如下：

一、论文(设计)封面(在教务处网站下载)

二、中英文摘要: 字数约为100~200单词;中、英文摘要的内容要一致，均要有能反映全文主要内容的关键词2—4个。

　　①页面设置：上下各为2.5cm，左右各为2.8cm,，装订线0.5cm(居左)，页眉、页脚各为1.5cm.

　　②页眉：“聊城大学毕业论文(设计)”，黑体， 5号，居中。

　　③英文摘要：“ABSTRACT”，加粗，小3号，居中。内容：Times New Roman，小4号，1.5倍行距。“Key words”：与正文左对齐，Times New Roman，小4号，加粗。摘要置于封面之后，自成一页。关键词内容Times New Roman，小四，关键词之间用“;”分开。

　　④中文摘要：“摘要”，中间一个空格，加粗，小3号，居中。内容：宋体，小4号，1.5倍行距。 关键词：与正文左对齐，“关键词”，宋体，4号，加黑。关键词内容宋体，小四，关键词之间用“;”分开。
